Onyx Therapy UK primarily offers digital products, which are delivered electronically. Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will typically receive an email with a download link or instructions on how to access your purchased digital product(s) immediately. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate.
- Instant Access: Most digital products are available for instant download or access immediately after purchase.
- Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at admin@onyxtherapy.uk for assistance.

Digital Product Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, our policy on refunds is as follows:
- No Right to Cancel: Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel typically does not apply to digital content once it has been downloaded or streamed, or if you have agreed to begin the download or streaming during the 14-day cancellation period. Therefore, all sales of digital products are generally final.
- Faulty Digital Products: If a digital product is found to be faulty, not as described, or does not work as expected, you have consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases, please contact us immediately at admin@onyxtherapy.uk, providing details of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem, which may include providing a replacement or a full refund if the fault cannot be rectified.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product multiple times, please contact us, and we will arrange a refund for the duplicate purchase(s).

Service Cancellation and Refunds (Therapy, Assessments, Training, Supervision)
Our services, including therapy sessions, assessments, training, and supervision, are subject to the following cancellation and refund policies:
- Cancellation by Client: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any booked service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be liable to pay half the session fee.
- Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full session fee.
- Refunds for Services: Refunds for services are generally not provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Cancellation by Onyx Therapy UK: In the rare event that Onyx Therapy UK needs to cancel an appointment, we will provide the maximum possible notice and reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenient time. Any fees paid in advance for such cancelled appointments will be fully refunded.
