Onyx Therapy UK provides specialist multidisciplinary support, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, for neurodivergent individuals. We also offer digital products related to neurodiversity. These Terms outline the contractual agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” “You”) and Onyx Therapy UK (“We,” “Us,” “Our”).

- Services: Refers to direct therapy sessions (Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy), assessments (Autism Assessments, SALT, OT, SI), training, supervision, and consultancy services provided by Onyx Therapy UK.
- Digital Products: Refers to downloadable resources, guides, and templates available for purchase on the Onyx Therapy UK website.
- Website: Refers to https://onyxtherapy.uk/ and all its sub-pages.
- Client/User: Any individual or entity engaging with Onyx Therapy UK’s website, services, or digital products.

Our Services
3.1. Service Offerings
Onyx Therapy UK offers a range of services as detailed on our website, including:
- Direct Therapy: Sessions to support functional communication, self-advocacy, relationships, daily living skills, emotional regulation, motor skills development, vocational support, environmental modifications, and assistive technology.
- Assessments: Standard Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) assessments, Sensory Integration (SI) assessments, and multidisciplinary autism assessments for all ages, adhering to NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria.
- Training: Tailored training for parents, school staff, workplaces, and young people on various neurodiversity-related topics.
- Supervision: Professional supervision for Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
- Consultancy: Comprehensive support at an organizational level.
3.2. Service Fees and Payment
- Therapy Sessions: Fees for direct therapy sessions range from £65 – £110 per hour.
- Assessments: Standard SALT and OT assessments start from £500. Sensory Integration (SI) assessments start from £600. EHCP assessment reports are comprehensive and may incur additional costs.
- Training: Half-day training starts from £400, and full-day training starts from £650 for up to 12 people, with an additional £25 per person for larger groups.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Invoices are typically issued monthly, with payment expected within 7 working days for individual clients.
3.3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of half the session fee.
- Missed Appointments: Missed appointments or late cancellations may interfere with the effectiveness of therapy. In such cases, alternative solutions or postponement of the intervention schedule may be discussed.
- Therapist Cancellation: In the event that Onyx Therapy UK needs to cancel an appointment, the maximum possible notice will be given, and the appointment will be rescheduled at the next possible convenient time. Any fees paid in advance for such appointments will be refunded.

Digital Products
4.1. Purchase and Use
Onyx Therapy UK offers various digital products for purchase on its website. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise specified. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of digital products is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a proven defect in the product that cannot be resolved. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property
